Directions:
Interstate-5 North to the South Weed exit. Right (east) on Vista Drive to Black Butte Drive. Left (north) to Kellogg Drive. Right on Kellogg Drive (northeast) to Marys Way. Right on Marys Way to Shasta Business Park (approx 1/2 mile from I-5).

Features:
All of Shasta Business Park is located within an Enterprise Zone which provides for labor, tax, interest rate and other financial incentives.

Topography:
Gentle and rolling with excellent soils that allow storm water retention and disbursement on site for most uses.

Environmental: California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) initial study and Negative Declaration has been performed by Enplan (Environmental Scientists and Planners), Redding, California. All environmental issues have been addressed.
